The Draft Interim Planning Statement Affordable Housing (the Draft Statement) has been prepared following a detailed local study carried out on the viability of affordable housing provision in North East Lincolnshire.
The Draft Statement will provide guidance for the Council when considering planning applications until the Core Strategy Development Plan Document is adopted (late 2011).
Following the end of the consultation period, the Council will review the comments made and amend the document where appropriate before adopting the Interim Planning Statement as a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.
