The SHLAA Draft Assessment Methodology document sets out the methodology and Site Assessment Form that will be used by the Assessment Partnership to assess the potential and suitability of proposed sites for residential development and the time frame in which they could be developed. The Council is currently seeking comments on the SHLAA Draft Assessment Methodology document and in particular the relevance of the assessment questions included in it.
